This training is designed for all members of school staff to educate themselves and their colleagues on proper conduct with students, how to recognize signs of physical/sexual assault and neglect, and how to accurately report to administration who then carries on the investigation with the proper authorities.

SALVO wants to give you the tools to protect your schools and your staff, by taking the right precautions and actions during an investigation.

A former tennis player at Tamalpais High School in Mill Valley has filed a lawsuit against the school district, alleging it failed to protect him from a sexually predatory coach. The former coach is Normandie Burgos, who worked at Tam High from the late 1990s until his arrest in 2006. He avoided conviction at a trial in Marin, but a case filed years later in the East Bay landed him in state prison.
