About Salvo

Saving Victims and Being Prepared

Our Mission

EFFECTIVE TRAINING PLANS

In 2019, after serving in public safety for over 20 years, Jason Parker and Jason Davis formed SALVO. SALVO simply means “to Rescue.” SALVO conducts Active Shooter, Sexual Assault/Molestation (S.A.M.) and Human Trafficking trainings for schools, public safety, and businesses.
SALVO believes a safe community starts with providing safer schools for our children and wanted to be a part of this important task. Through their years of experience, in-depth study of Active Shooter incidents, and working directly with schools and public safety, they have developed effective training plans that empower schools and unify them with public safety to better protect our children. SALVO plans to continue to serve both schools and businesses with their fresh approach, closely coordinating with community agencies.

SALVO works with different non-profit organizations to combat Human Trafficking in the United States and other countries. Through working Human Trafficking investigations while in law enforcement, they developed ways to effectively hunt sexual predators and build cases for successful prosecution. They have specific techniques that quickly find sex traffickers in a community. SALVO wants to share these techniques with law enforcement agencies and non-profit organizations to help save victims and prosecute anyone involved in Human Trafficking both in the United States and abroad. SALVO believes providing training in recognition and developing a plan of action for businesses and schools will significantly impact the war on Human Trafficking.

Founders of salvo

Find a need and meet it

The founders of SALVO saw that the need for training throughout communities to prepare for critical incidents could not be met by law enforcement alone. Their vision in starting SALVO was to provide training and serve as a catalyst to bring public safety together with schools and businesses for a coordinated response to these incidents. Servanthood is the foundation of SALVO, and its members have volunteered countless hours in their own community by training schools on Active Shooter and critical incidents. SALVO also provides training to combat Human Trafficking and minimize Sexual Assaults. They work with law enforcement and non-profit organizations in the United States and other countries.
